When Johann Mathias Pfeiffer constructed the building in Heidelberg’s Weststadt around 1900, it was conceived as a tobacco factory. Due to its central location and special architectural structure, the building was redesigned; in the 1930s, it was turned into a residential building. Today, the historical atmosphere provides space for a high-quality, stylish, modern and owner-managed boutique apartment house: Alte Zigarrenmanufaktur Heidelberg. Private parking spaces can be found right in front of the building.
